If there is a wait and you have a larger group don't believe the wait time they give you -- add at least a half hour if not more. Other restaurants are accurate with their wait time estimates, but not here. It's as if they somehow believe if they tell you a shorter time you'll be happy even when it proves not to be even close. We ended up leaving after waiting 45 minutes in to what was to be an hour wait when we were then told it would be at least another 40 minutes. A group there before us came to the different restaurant as well after waiting over an hour and a half and still not being seated when told it was an hour. Honesty would have been far better. Even if we had chosen to leave because it was one and a half to two hour wait at least we wouldn't have left frustrated and hungry. I like their food but this experience made me never want to go to this location at least ever again.

Located in a fairly busy area of downtown Salt Lake City. Typical Olive Garden fare in a nicer setting. Great service! Occasional wait times. Across from the Salt Palace Convention Center and from the Capitol Theatre. Parking is available on the street or in the neighboring underground parking structure.

This location is usually very busy and loud. I have been around three times and always had slow and mediocre service. Not great atmosphere, but the food is as good as you expect from an Olive Garden.

Been a while since I've been to Olive Garden. Menu has shrunk drastically. Food tasted "pre-prepared" but wasn't terrible. Friendly , fast servers but TONS of children. Kinda ruins any quiet atmosphere or conversation.

Most of the tables were empty and still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, then seated at a tiny table even though there was 4 of us. There was no room at the table and kept bumping the digital thing which charged us for using it which we never did. Offered us things that sounded like they were included with our meal that weren't.
