When I own a business right across the street from their restaurant and the past 3 times the website ordering has not been working and I call my order in pay over the phone to have one of my employees pick it up for me as it is hard for me to leave my store. But know I'm being told that they can not and will not take payment over the phone and there is nothing they can do and that their website is fine. Thanks for your loyalty and so much for the years of business and food I've purchased! Will never support this place again. They have went from great to horrible service and even the meats are below standard lately.

I go here sometimes for lunch and I am never disappointed. It's a bit pricey but it definitely fill a niche when I want soup or pasta.

The Norfolk store employees are much friendlier and know their stuff. Always feel like I'm bothering this staff.

Normally good but this time the sauce was glomped on really dry noodles and was the consistency of earwax. No amount of stirring would help- I'm not that picky and I couldn't eat it
