The food was great, I sat at the bar because there was an hour wait for a table. The bar staff wasn't very friendly, no conversation with guests, seemed not to care for interactions like most bartenders do. Work on interacting with guests that sit at the bar, I would have left a large tip if they were friendly. I was in from out of town for business and eating alone, which the bartender could see when they checked my ID for a drink, I would have enjoyed if they would have spoken to me about what there was to do locally.

I used to love Olive Garden's but it seems their service levels have really deteriorated. Not just this one but it seems they ALL have the same problem! If I wasn't such a sucker for their salad I would not keep trying. Such was the case this evening and once again, I am travelling on business dining solo, so I sat at a bar table and no one EVER showed up to even take a drink order. SO after 10 minutes of watching waiters and waitresses go right by me, I decided to get up and leave and THAT is when I was finally approached by a very nice waitress, but too late at this point, I was out of there. Sorry if that was rude...

Went in around 530 pm. 10 minute wait. Food was as expected, we ordered the chicken marsala and split the plate between us. They plated our food in the kitchen and that was good for us. Many places just bring you an extra plate. Our server was very polite and he did a fine job. The only thing I got to complain about is the way you pay. Our little paying machine was dirty. They should wipe these when they wipe the table. Other than that, it was a typical visit.

Horrible experience! Half the tables were empty, staff sitting in one of them laughing and having a good time. Three employees at the host stand. After we were there for a while, the hostess told customers that came in afterward they could sit around the bar. Three of us went to find a table there, and one of us stayed behind to get the baby. She overheard the hostess making rude remarks about us as the first three walked by. When our dinner mate told her that was rude and horrible customer service. The hostess just went off, YELLING "Ma'am you have a nice day". We asked for the manager, she.just kept yelling "ma'am you have a nice day". If anyone of us said ANYTHING, she would shout over us until we left. This was this single worst restaurant experience I have ever had. We went to Ocharleys and were treated with the highest respect and great food!

I went here the other night with my girlfriend and was thoroughly impressed with both the food and the service. The Seafood Alfredo is always delicious and, from my girlfriend’s reports, her Salmon was delicious as well. This was my first encounter with the automated payment kiosk on the table and I definitely feel like the service was a overall convenience.
