I was sat in the patio area and waited 45 minutes for someone to come out and greet me and take my drink order. Food was good though and waitress was pleasant after so that is why 3 stars instead of 1.

The food was pretty decent and the beer was ice cold.

I had multiple issues with service, however. It took over 15 minutes to get our drinks and food almost an hour when it really wasn't busy. I had to ask multiple times to get my wife's drink because our waitress seemed to have forgotten even after we got our food. Our waitress side-swiped us basically with food because she put the food on the table rapidy, and left without saying anything. Same thing when I asked for ketchup multiple times. It was to the point where I wanted to leave.

 We had sat down and were served drinks and food before this couple next to us even had drinks. They were so frustrated that they tried to leave but the manager seemed to stop them and convince them to sit back down. They both ordered sweet teas and they came out 10 minutes later, un-sweet. 10 minutes again, they came out right. 

I would recommend re-training the staff to pay attention to detail, follow-up with customers if it seems like they've been waiting a while, and not make it seem like they are such in an urgent rush because side-swiping tables without following up with customers causes a margin for error.

After ordering, the waitress finally brought our extremely cold food about an hour later. When we informed her that our food was cold and her only response was for us to speak with her manager.

When the manager came over, he asked if we wanted our food warmed up. As we did not want food that had sat out for an hour and then reheated, we asked to have the food remade. The manager sent out an appetizer for compensation. We felt as if this was not adequate compensation and he did not apologize or ask what compensation we would have liked. 

It only took ten minutes for us to receive our food the second time. We were thankful the cook was able to remake our meals in such a timely manner.  I would try eating here again and hope we don't get the same waitress or have any issue where we would have to speak with that manager.

Great craft beer.  Good bar food.  Although the waitresses do dress a bit skimpy, they are very professional.  The plus about Twin Peaks is they have really good in house craft beer.

From all the other places that have this sort of service, Twin Peaks in my opinion has the best food of them all, don't expect the best food ever though but definitely worth your money
