Olive Garden is an amazing Italian restaurant that has food that will blow you away! The food is fresh, tasty, and tossed with homemade sauce, Juices that sizzle in your mouth, you can wash down your food with some homemade oranges that they provide to you, or have any drink of your choice. On top of that its a beautiful establishment filled with beautiful scenery of "Italy" that still makes you feel at home. They have seats that will make you feel comfortable as you Feast on your meal, and nice couches for you to sit in as your weight for your table to be called. Although the couches in the waiting room are fairly comfortable, the waiting room is normally packed here, making you wait around 30 minutes for a table. It takes a very long time for the customers to receive a table, but of course it would take a long time because there are many customers that enjoy having a meal at this restaurant other place is normally packed, but if you manage to wait as long as they need you to, they will reward you it was an amazing treat! Their food. Olive Garden is an amazing Italian restaurant, with amazing food and scenery in the restaurant. Although the waiting room is full, it is a sacrifice that you must be willing to take. Highly recommend going to Olive Garden for a family reunion or a date, the employees here I'll make sure but you enjoy your visit as they are the most friendly waiters you'll ever meet. You won't regret spending your time and your money here.

Hostess that seated us was not friendly and gave me the impression she wanted to be anywhere but where she was. Requested a table close, she took us to a booth in the back dinning area. Food was ok wait staff was fine stopped by the ladies room on our way out. No tissue in stall. Stopped employee who I thought was management level to tell her about washroom she told me to speak to the manager. I thought she could just deal with the issue herself. Many people were waiting to be seated when a manager comes up to me to speak about my issues. I am sure all the people waiting to be seated found this to be entertaining. How embarrassing. I did not want to discuss these issues again in front of all these other customers I told the manager this as I had already told the first person. I hope I don't get invited to any other dinners at this Olive Garden. They certainly have gone down hill. I will pass my thoughts along to anyone who asks if I like this Olive Garden No way

We were a party of 6 on a very busy Veterans Day. Staff knocked themselves out to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. Even the manager stopped by to say "hi". Service was excellent, meals were hot, bread sticks warm & fresh and the salad crispy cold. Overall a great experience!

Our Waiter, Eric was phenomenal. The Manager in duty that day was good too. The employees at the Gurnee location do a great job at servicing the customers. Great Teamwork!

Want to thank Chris, what a wonderful dinner experience. Fantastic food, great service. Good luck with the baby. We will definitely ask for your area next time.
