This Red Lobster is our absolute favorite restaurant to eat at, not just for seafood but in general. We've had some horrible experiences at other places (looking at you, Olive Garden) but that's never been the case at this location. The staff has always been extremely friendly, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Even better, the staff goes out of their way to treat our two young children well each time we go in. The prices are expensive but not egregiously so for seafood in the Midwest and the portions for the price are very filling. Our favorite is the 'create your own combo' option and it's hard to say what we like best, the parrot island shrimp or the seafood stuffed flounder. Also, the new sweet potato side is absolutely fantastic. The biscuits are, as always, one of the best parts too. Even when we buy the mix in the store and make it at home, it's not the same as in the restaurant. We've lived in the area all our lives and been frequent visitors to this restaurant for special occasions, birthdays, other events, or 'just because' over the last 10 years. This is the one restaurant where we've never had a single negative experience. Kudos to Red Lobster, and if the restaurant reads this, please let your staff know how much their hospitality is noticed and appreciated. For those reading this review, I hope it was helpful and that you'll give them a try.

Atmosphere – 3.0 Stars Overall Service – 3.5 Stars Food taste – 3.0 Stars Food presentation – 3.5 Stars Price – $$$ Expensive Summary – Like any other red lobster décor wise and the staff was very friendly. Pretty good seafood that is close to my house and a great selection of beers

TERRIBLE!!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would. For starters, we got there as about 10 cops were taking a server out in handcuffs. Took 20 minutes for biscuits and drinks to be brought to the table (mind you the place is empty). Finally got out entrees. All of our food was cold. Ordered potato soup, the ultimate feast, and shrimp trio. The lobster tail was so old and cold it looked like shredded cheese. The crab legs looked as though they came from a dollar store. The shrimp was ice cold and rubbery. May I need to say anymore.

We had a wait time of about 45 min for dinner. But it was worthy of it. The calamari and mixed veg fries, the sampler with lobster, crab shrimp were awesome.

I am extremely disappointed. With the name and reputation that Red Lobster has I expect them to be a grade above the rest. I ordered food to go which I will never do again. I ordered a full size crab linguini Alfredo which cost $20.99 and an order of seafood stuff mushrooms. It came with a salad if that is what you would call what they have me and cheddar bay biscuits. I specifically asked for 4 biscuits which I got 2. I also asked for extra dressing and didn't get it. The pasta was very dry. I only traveled 10 min and it seems liken it was an hour old. It was mostly pasta with no sauce and hardly any crab. The mushrooms were Ok. I get better to go orders from Applebees for much less money. I won't be going to red lobster anytime soon
