Food was good. Prices are higher than ever. My wife really is the reason we go. I prefer a good hunk of meat with veggies and potato of choice for same money as pasta,. salad and some meat. Jim Becker

Worst service I've ever had, ordered soup salad and bread sticks. First thing we noticed was the silver ware had dried food on it. Took half and hour to get salad drinks and bread sticks. Waited 10 minutes without silverware, after receipt of some of our food. Half an hour later the waitress comes back and asks if we would like a second bowl of salad and bread sticks. We said yes, then I asked her if she forgot about our soup. Oops she says.... then 20 minutes later we received our soup and it was cold. 1/2 my soup was in the plate underneath. we were never asked if we needed more to drink, or if everything was alright. Left disgusted

I am usually not a huge fan of chain restaurants but today we wanted something fast, easy and healthy so we went here for the soup and salad. Everything was fresh and tasted good but the thing that stood out the most was our server. I think her name was Destiny. She did a wonderful job and really made an effort with out hovering over our table. If you read this thanks!

Expensive priced for small portions. Food is okay. Not worth a big bill. Would recommend unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks with water for good food and a cheap bill. They usually try to kick you out after the second bowl, but unlimited is unlimited, so eat all you want.

My latest experience at Richomnd Olive Garden was epic. They had alot of good looking new menu items. I cannot remember our waitresses name, but said she won the trip to Italy last year. She is fantastic whom every you are. The salad was fresh, and the entree I chose was superb. I had steak (which was very lean), fettuccine Alfredo and zuchinni crusted with parmaesian cheese.. amazing to say the least.. Thank You
