10/17 The hash browns have always been more hash than brown, service is great, other than hash browns, the food is great. Update: 4/21/18 I stopped by in the wee hours of the morning to eat a piece of pie. The more I sat there the better the food smelled, so I decided I needed something to eat, for the better part of a month I've been wanting to try to make my own creation at Waffle House. Markese, The Waffle House wizard, who has worked at 38 Waffle Houses since 2001, took my order. It was two waffles with a fiesta omelet in the middle, it also comes with hash browns, and raisin toast. In case you're wondering that's enough food to sustain a small army for a week. It was really good, but something was missing, the next day I pulled it out of the refrigerator heated it up, threw the waffles out to my goat, and used the raisin toast to make a fiesta omelet and raisin toast sandwich. If I was Waffle House corporate I would be adding this to the menu. The hash browns were cooked to perfection as well. Also here's a picture of my goat that likes waffles.

One may wonder why I would give the waffle House 5 stars? It is like eating street food in other countries. The whole thing is an experience from watching the waffles being made the smothered hash browns the hard-working men and women behind the counter that are gracious and easy to chat with. No it is not gourmet food or farm-to-table it is just good down home cooking yum.

Quality isn't the same as it was a few years ago, but that's just my person opinion-- I could be ordering the wrong items. The staff was wonderful, however, and even changed my order due to some of their sauces being what they called "too watery." Great looking ahead by the staff!

Love this Waffle House !!!! Great staff and great food!!! 😊 My family and I come here frequently. Good atmosphere.
