Three stars for food. Pretty tasteless. But 5+ stars for our server, Crystal! She was so gracious and accommodating to our party of 7! Thanks Crystal for helping make my mom's 88th birthday so great! We are all really appreciative for your patience and kindness!

Food was standard and what is to be expected from such chain restaurants, yet our server Zachary made the experience stand out above the rest with his affable attitude and expertise in catering to diners. He doled out a great flight of sweet wines per the matridee's suggestion (I guess Olive Garden is stepping up their wine game this way), which set us up for the meal to come. Although nothing will ever compare to my Nona's Pasta Fagioli, there's we're pretty tasty with their own twist (with beef and carrot strips). Salad, bread sticks, and appetizers later, Zachary was always present when needed and made the mediocre meal and the more merrier. Thanks Zachary! Best, ~S

Nothing ruins a restaurant experience more than a bad waiter. That is what we had today. The food was decent but the service is usually what gets me back. I will not be back to this location.

I went to this place last Saturday night with my wife and our ten-month old and the only one who ate there was our son as we had brought in food for him. We waited 20 minutes to be seated and once at the table waited another 30 minutes without any employee acknowledging our presence. To add insult to injury, a non-minority family who came in 20 minutes after us was asked for their order as we waited next to them. Needless to say we walked away soon after that. We're not going back for this type of treatment.

Two times now I have gone there and haven't been served. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes and nobody came by to even get beverage order. Recently I sat at a table in surrounded by 5 other tables that apparently needed 3 servers. 6 tables....3 workers and not a single one could help us? the cheap crappy pho restaurant can provide better service than a well known chain. Disappointing.
