Don't get me wrong red robin is one of my favorite places to go out and eat. This particular red robin however I've gone to three times since I've moved nearby and each one was a disappointment. The staff was professional they were quick and everything you would expect but the burgers however are another story. I don't know what happened to the traditional red robin burger experience but I honestly felt like I paid for an overpriced burger King wopper in red robin wrapping. Honestly I think it is probably due to the quality of ingredients.. shoot the fries were better..

I placed a pick up order for dinner on the Beaverton Red Robin website recently and it was not a good experience. First off, our order was wrong. I asked for extra sauce on one of the burghers and there was barely any sauce on the burgher at all. Second, the food was terribly cold and soggy (might I add I picked up the order right after ordering it online. My order was also sitting on the hostess table when I came in right next to the door). Lastly, they did not give me the correct number of side sauces I ordered. It might be beneficial to use the heat lamps in the kitchen while the order is waiting to be picked up... not planning on going back.

I have been coming to this location for almost two years now. The staff is amazing. They are friendly, extremely well trained, and very efficient. In a society where the bare minimum as become the new standard, Red Robin excels at everything. The food , prices , and service are excellent. The bar staff is great, fast, and efficient.  If you are going to go to a Red Robin in the greater Portland area. Go to the one on 117th St. in Beaverton

This location is one of the better managed properties of the chain in this area. The wait staff tries to provide good service and follow corporate standards. The bar, restaurant and bathrooms are clean food is consistent and the use of new tech for table service is nice. Although in all my visits the wait staff has never tried to upsell me on using the table top service system to order food. Isn't that one of the reasons for the system?  The four stars reflect the staff and consistency.
