12/11/17 I have over 20 years of experience with Omaha Car Care, and today is a perfect example of why I ALWAYS go to see Tim and Bob.  On Sunday, my 2007 Jeep Wrangler would not turnover, and after giving it a jump start I almost took it to a parts store to have the battery checked.  Instead I took it down Monday morning at 7:30 and dropped in without an appointment.  I had left it running, so Bob pulled it into an open bay.  It was the battery, AND it was still under warranty from almost 4 years ago.  They replaced it, and I was done within an hour!  I know if I had gone to the parts store I would be out the full cost!  
     When you find ANY vendor that does a great job, you should stick with them!  I recommend Omaha Car Care, and know that they always will treat my autos as if they belonged to their family!

Went to Omaha Car Care after being a loyal customer of Firestone for years. I put a LOT of miles on my BMW and thought that's why my ongoing issues never seemed to be resolved, but after 1 visit at OCC, I found out that there were multiple issues that Firestone was just putting a band-aid on to get more money. OCC was honest, extremely friendly and very convenient. They were quick to get my car serviced and gave me a clear report of my vehicles diagnosis. Not to mention, they were a third of the cost cheaper than Firestone! I will absolutely be returning, but thanks to their awesome service, it won't be for awhile :)! Thank you OCC Staff!

Had a great assistance here. Tim picked me up at work brought me to where my broken car was located, temporarily fixed my car to be drivable to get to the shop. Getting to the shop I was very well received and treated super nice the the staff. Team is very professional and actually care about you!

Wouldn't go any other place to have my car worked on. They are amazing.. fixed my tire quickly and didn't even charge me.. I definitely recommend them to my family and friends.. Tim is very professional and trustworthy along with his employees.

These guys will shoot you straight. You never have to worry about them nickel and dim you or make up stuff that you need to fix. I've been going there for over 10 years and have never had a problem.
