Had an appointment on a Friday to put my snow tires on...  Didn't really drive my car most of the weekend.  I work downtown, so I was on the interstate Monday and when I hit 60 the whole car shook...  I called on Monday to see if I could get in after work (after 4PM), and they were booked.  I was able to use my husband’s car on Tuesday as he was home sick, so I called on Tuesday and made a verbal appt. for Wednesday as the person who could "re-balance" the tires didn't get into work until 10AM..  Went on Wednesday morning to drop the car off and was immediately told I didn't make an appointment and they were too busy.  First off, you screwed something up with my tires... I couldn't drive it safely to work... I would think you would want to take care of the problem that you created in the first place.  I ended up taking it to the dealer to get it fixed since it was clear to me that no matter how much I tried accommodating their schedule, I was never going to be able to get it fixed through this shop.  So I paid an additional amount of money $84.00 to be exact to have the problem fixed.  So I'm out 120.00 plus the 84.00 to fix the problem.  NEVER again, will I go here and neither will my husband.

Had struts put on my Dakota last summer. Saved me some money by reusing the coils. I know it was a tough job but they did a great job.
