Seriously disappointing. But first, to their credit, the staff was beautiful along with the grounds. Now to why they get 2 stars from me. Grant it, I'm used to resorts where one gets, not only an amazing staff and view, but equally amazing rooms and anything else you can dream up of for a price not too far off from this Omni. This Omni was old and in need of a good overall remodel. I heard they did this and if they did, then it was poorly done. The room furnishings were worn and really poorly situated. (I'm not talking an antique look either--just old and worn) If you stay at the INN you will have flies in your room and dogs barking all day long and at times in the evening. The main hotel is not much better either as far as the rooms are concerned. The spa is OK, but walking around the grounds was very nice. You really don't get much for the price. I wouldn't mind paying high prices for things but I'd like to feel that I get what I paid for and with Omni in the White Mountains, I didn't. Not at all. The rooms really need major change. This is not a Luxury hotel. This is all about the land. Oh, and you don't get a view from the rooms. (unless its the very high end room which isn't much either) If you think THIS hotel is luxury...you need to get out more. If only Disney could take over this hotel...

The Bretton Arms is a nice inn and restaurant. The interior is very nice, and horses walk past the dining room every few minutes. I did not stay here, but I did eat at the restaurant, where the food was good. It is only a short walk from the hotel and a 2-minute or so drive from the ski slopes. Overall a nice place to visit for a meal.

The rooms are nice and big and well kept. The front desk is very helpful. I think it's the best place to stay on Mount Washington (and I've stayed at most of the places there). It's quieter than the bigger hotels too.

Didn't stay but did tour two rooms and the common areas. Rooms are large and very attractive. The staff was so welcoming! A cozier choice of lodging over Mt. Washington but you still have access to the amenities of the large resort.

Gorgeous large rooms! Was disappointed there was no coffee maker but when inquired at the front desk they got us one right away. The grounds r gorgeous and I plan to visit again!
