I love this quaint restaurant. I went with a group to the spot during a rainy afternoon. The soup and pancakes were so beautifully tasty—one of the most satisfying meals I had in a while. I will definitely come back again soon
We were excited to come here based on the menu and reviews. We tried to sit outside but there was a line out the door so we ordered food to go. Another guy and I waited for our food as we watched the frenzy. The servers needed to constantly open the to go boxes to figure out what was in each of them, even going so far as to dissect them with forks. “This one has sausage in it, did you order a sausage burrito?” they’d ask. This happened sometimes multiple times to the same order. After waiting 40 minutes our order was ready. Except for the potatoes, so they ordered those quickly and boom out they came. We sat at a table across the street hoping to enjoy the food quickly while it was hot. It wasn’t, and those potatoes were downright cold. The coffee was pretty mediocre, self-serve pump style. We considered our options. We were too hungry to not eat, so we ate the burrito and politely requested they take back the other sandwich and potatoes. The staff was as nice as they could be under the stressful circumstances and they did refund us for part of the meal. Unfortunately we’ll never come here again and wouldn’t recommend coming at a busy time. Maybe if it’s quiet you’d get good food and service, but there are better alternatives if it’s busy.
I’ve been here a couple of times and every time I haven’t been disappointed with the amazing food. The one caveat is the service. The waitress while pleasant did not seem to want to be there. There was a sense of indifference and just being there for the money and didn’t seem welcoming. This has unfortunately been the case on every visit. This can be easily be overlooked and may not even be an issue for some. This place provides a good meal of you are in the area.
Sunday breakfast, very busy. The waitress seemed to be a bit overwhelmed. Not as attentive as I would expect. It was loud, between all the conversations going on and the sounds from behind the counter. The breakfast sandwich was great! Biscuits and gravy were a bit watery. It’s a decent coffee house.
Absolutely love this place. The ambience is so cozy and the food is fantastic. The staff is always warm and welcoming! Last but not least they also have the best priced and tasting coffee in all of LoHi!
Just a classic breakfast place. Nice vibes
This little spot looks so cute when you first walk in. Don’t be deceived. The wait staff are terribly rude and this is not a family friendly place to dine. If you’re looking for great food, kind wait staff and a cozy environment, take the few extra steps to Duo which is just a few doors down. Kid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly. Wait staff were so rude to our very well behaved daughter. We left before we could even order.
My wife and I love this place! Awesome food, really good coffee/lattes, wonderful staff! We love coming in to see Pam and she always delivers lovely service.
They were definitely off today. Got the wrong drinks, then waited 45 mins with no food so asked for the check and they told us they forgot about us. We were the only table for quite a while with multiple people working who were taking shots and eating behind the bar. The place was also super dirty. Dog hair on the tables and dust bunnies all over the walls. They did give us our drinks for free, so I guess there’s that? Would not recommend
We must protect this place at all costs. Amazing service, amazing food, and amazing staff. Wouldn’t have wanted to stumble across any other cafe in the area! We’ll for sure be back.
