small quaint healthy spot! they have outdoor seating where dogs are allowed. dogs not allowed inside. did a toast flight and a basic smoothie! really enjoyed the flavors. didn’t care too much for the curry winter special toast but had to choose that since the other one i really wanted wasnt available. prices are not bad! would highly recommend and come back!
Cute little spot. Not a lot of seating and the prices are kind of high but I think that high prices line up with the fact that the servings are comically large. I'd be surprised if anyone ever really needed a full order of toast for a single meal. The spreads put on the various toasts are generous. Two people could likely be comfortable with sharing a flight for breakfast, which is a great way to try multiple flavors. We tried a few drinks and they were all really tasty. The smoothies are definitely smooooooth and have a very satisfying texture.
Cute and modern toast and healthy food shop. They provide excellent service and food. Our smoothie bowl was vibrant and tasty. They have a large selection of toast to choose from. From savory to sweet, it was nice to have the option to try multiple flavors on their flight. The green drink we had was a bit too lemony for my liking but every thing else was delightful!
Simply an amazing experience every time I visit! The food is high quality and looks like art on a plate. The staff are friendly and service is usually quick even when they’re busy. My favorites are the Green Warrior smoothie for a post-workout boost and the CO Lox toast. There are options for any dietary restrictions which is great for my friends and family. Love the Green Collective!
Really great space serving healthy open face sandwiches. Don't let the menu item "Toasts" fool you.... Bread is not toasted. We thought maybe it was an oversight but noticed other diners 'toasts' were in fact just bread with toppings. The tummeric latte was outstanding.
Went to The Green Collective this morning for breakfast - the toast flight got us. I got the purple bowl which is the traditional acai. I really enjoyed the combination of fruit and crunchy texture here, plus the granola was some of the best I've had when I've ordered a bowl like this. The drink is the mushroom hot chocolate over ice cause I'm a weirdo but it was really good. Partner described it as powdery I don't disagree but it wasn't bothersome to me, someone who uses protein powder regularly. Finally, the toast flight that brought us here in the first place. I didn't try any but my partner loved every single one. His favorite was the one with chicken on the right, the middle is the Lox and he liked the toppings of that, the last one is tuna and he liked how filling it was. All in all, excited to go back. Definitely recommend going early - we got there around 910 and it was packed by 930.
Perfect lunch any day of the week, all super fresh and delicious. Tried the trio of toasts x 2 , four protein balls, matcha latte and the flavors were on spot on. Perfect medium egg on the avocado toast with lots of herbs. We really enjoyed the peach and cottage cheese and the strawberry burrata.
Everything was so flavorful, balanced in texture, and our bodies felt revived after eating at the Green Collective Eatery. Musts : toast flight including pink toast, soup of the day, create your own salad and finish with a few emerald bites! Also loved the kombucha they had in house!
This place is my mecca. I was in town visiting my friend and after several days of takeout, I desperately needed some veggies and whole food. GCE is on the pricey side but you're absolutely getting your money's worth. Everything is made fresh in house and it *tastes* like it. It's a good thing I don't live in Denver because otherwise, I'd go here everyday.
Visiting Denver for the first time, I sought out this place because I hadn't had anything healthy on this trip : It was such a hidden gem! We were stuffed breakfast before and tacos after, but split the genius toast flight, where you get to choose 3 half sized toasts of your choice. The staff was so friendly and helpful, so we landed on: 1 whipped goat, which had whipped goat cheese, seasonal fruit, local Colorado honey, & walnuts, 2 Colorado lox, which had herbed cream cheese, smoked salmon, cucumber, tomatoes, dill, hemp seeds my favorite if I had to choose, and 3 AB&J, which was almond butter, banana, seasonal jam, chia seeds. All were perfect and so delicious. The only problem? I only tried a flight and wanted to sample the entire menu! I hope to be back!!
