My experience here was unfortunately just a mix of experiences from past reviewers. There were two of us that went to see Despicable Me 3 on Saturday. Went to sit down after getting the tickets and I nearly sat in ice cream or something, so I went to get a server to clean it up, which they did very apologetically. To be fair, there are a lot of seats to clean, so it is understandable that it could be missed, but it was also fairly large. So then we ordered our food and drinks, the Steak Salad with an XL Long Island Tea and the Macaroni and cheese with grilled chicken and a regular iced tea. The regular tea came out about 10 or 15 minutes after the Long Island tea for some reason. Then our food was brought out after awhile, but without any silverware... Pushed the call button again and after a few minutes our server came over again and promptly got it to us. The salad was very good but was disappointingly small, as was the XL Long Island tea, I would hate to see the regular one. And while it was fairly tasty, it was very weak as far as alcohol content goes. The macaroni and cheese was not good at all and neither of us was even offered a drink refill. The worst part of the whole experience though, would have to be that we both completely missed the ending of the movie because someone that wasn't even our server came over right at the end to make sure the bill was paid. I mean that's pretty poor form guys, if you can't wait until the credits are rolling, at least be courteous/discreet enough crouch down so that your not completely blocking the view of two people and distracting them during the final moments of a movie.

Food was good. Service and cleanup sucks. We walked to your seats and there's food in the seats and all over the floor . When we asked the hostess to clean up she took a towel and dumped it on the floor. Then when asked to sweep the floor she gave us a hard time about that. Once she says let me go get someone to clean the floor, I went to go change seats at the box office. After the movie and we finish eating my husband pays cash. 55.35 and he hands the waitress 60 dollars. She never comes back with his change. It's not about the amount it's about if she wanted to decide to keep our money she could have asked first if we wanted our change. So we ask the prior hostess who didn't want to clean could she help us with getting our money she says, well if the change is 85 cents or under the servers usually keep it. The math is 4 dollars AND some change why is it being kept. So she leaves to ask the blonde did she remember what the change was, and we left. We will never come back again.

Love going here for multiple reasons. Great food, costumer service, and great quality movies. They only problem that I have is that a few of the theater rooms have tears in the screen and the food and tickets can be a bit pricey

First there was technical issues at the ticket counter, not a major deal but the manager was fast walking through the lobby talking on his cell phone instead of correcting the problem. When we got to our seats someone was sitting there...we keep it moving and sit elsewhere. I ordered onion rings. It took approximately 45 mins to get them. The people sitting around me who ordered after me got their food before I did. Come on, its onion rings..I finally received my order and they were cold and greasy. I send them back another 25 mins they come back warmer and super greasy. The theatre was clean and the movie was good. My server was nice. 7/14/17 just saw Spider-Man great movie. The theatre could be cleaner. A good wipe down after every movie is greatly needed. Also there was a tear in the screen. Do better studio movie grill.

First time here and service is terrible along with customer service. Order took over 20 minutes and when we told the manager he blow us off. He was more interested in talking and flirting with the young lady's he saw at the bar and coming in. I'd rather go to the Movie Tavern next time.
