The manager and staff is very nice. If you do call in a pick up, if you dont talk to someone within 5 minutes do call back. I waited on the phone for 18min. But they can get really busy so be patient. Food is always fresh and presentation is beautiful!!!

As always, fresh, artistic, imaginative sushi, attentive not intrusive service, sultry atmosphere. Many rolls without rice. Actually they'll make any roll without rice if you ask, chefs are creative and flexible. Highly recommended.

Food tasted good. Took too long to get our food. Not sure who dropped the ball. Didn't even received an apology for the long delay.

As stated in my earlier review on Yelp, nothing but disappointment here, other than my wife and our friends' good company. We arrived, and our friends had ordered drinks 10 minutes earlier, which they did not yet have. We did not see a waiter for at least 10 minutes, and then ordered drinks that took at least 10 minutes to arrive. There is no sense of urgency among the wait staff. The service was haphazard and clueless. The food was only average. I am offended that four people were billed $150 for basically no service and a few items of sushi. This is the kind of restaurant that I hope will soon go out of business because it is fooling people into thinking this is an acceptable dining experience. Die, restaurant, die.

Usually amazing but our waiter was clueless on how sushi actually tastes when left sitting 20 minutes. My daughter ordered a hot entree so he was waiting for that to come out while our sushi rolls sat ready in the pickup window getting yucky. Especially the salmon sashimi!!! We eventually asked for him to bring us what was ready. Instead he waited until EVERYTHING was ready. Annoyed!!
