I decided last year i wanted to go camping again with the family and my wife came upon this place. I am from boston and wanted a nice place to camp. It was about 3 hours (only bad part of the whole thing) but the owners were wonderful and very helpful with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this campground to everyone. The saco is within less than a 2 minute walk and the water was a perfect temp and not to deep. All in all a very passionate couple who's dreams are to make campers happy and they have npt only am i returning i will be coming back for many years.

Fun family weekend! The new owners have come in and done great things. The newly redone bathroom was great and kept amazingly clean! They are incredibly nice, friendly and hard working. A great balance of fun, laid back atmosphere to have a good time...and also family friendly. Thank you Tori & Jason for a wonderful long weekend!

We have found our new favorite campground!!! My wife, two daughters (ages 17 and 11), our dog and I just spent three fantastic nights here, and it could not have been better. This was my youngest daughter's first time camping, and she loved it! I'll start with the fantastic owners: It's obvious that Jason and Tori want all of their guests to enjoy every minute of their stay, and they work tirelessly, along with Tori's grandparents Jim and Pat, to make your experience a great one. We stayed on a huge waterfront site, Shallows, which was private and ideal for spending time in the crystal clear Saco river. This campground has so many features: a large field, volleyball net, swings, game room, clean bathrooms, showers, tube/kayak rentals, and dishwashing station. We checked in on Sunday night and had no reason to leave for those four days. We will definitely be back, and bring our friends to stay on one of their group sites. Thank you Jason, Tori, Jim, and Pat for an unforgettable vacation! Jeremy, Kerry, Sarah, Emma and Rocky

I recently stayed at On the Saco campground. They changed ownership last summer. The couple that own the campground are just lovely. They are really invested in every camper enjoying their stay there. We had a large group that they gladly accommodated. We also rented canoes and kayaks. It was a great time! The prices are very affordable, and the location on the Saco can't be beat. The campground is also just a half an hour to North Conway. This is a great family minded campground!

Wonderful owners and incredibly pretty grounds. In the country with charming small towns close by. The grass here is definately " barefoot friendly". One of the best places we have stayed at. Even the washer and dryers work great!
