We stayed in cabin 6 which was immaculate and very nicely appointed. The kitchenette had all that we would want. The staff was very friendly. The off season rates were reasonable and affordable. Loved access to the Eastern Trail right from the property. We would highly recommend this establishment and plan to return.

Let's just say this place is so the best summer vacation destination we have found. This will be our 3rd yr and are very pleased to go back. The owners are family oriented and very accommodating.  The amenities are that of a 5 star 500 dollar a night hotel. We have stayed on the beach and others all over the east coast. This place just fits..and the husband works hard all day long at another family business and comes back at the end of the day and is Johnny on the spot to ANY issues that the others can't handle which aren't many...YOU HAVE TO GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY.....

New units, fairly comfortable.  Would like some control of the heating and cooling.  A bit of road noise.  But overall, an okay place for a short stay.

So clean. Rooms are decent size. A/C is ice cold. Small hotel with BIG personality. Owner is very friendly. When we arrived she was working the Laundry, and also checked us in with a big smile and a warm heartfelt welcome. Stayed here to visit Funtown/Splashtown. They have discounted passes, but informed me that the evening rate is better because we arrived after 4pm. But her daily pass is a better deal than at the park. Honesty goes a long way. Will stay here again.

Clean room. Reasonable rate. Room was themed. Friendly owner with a lot of energy. Good stay!
