Horrible service.
I just ordered a ride and they pre authorized my debit card only to not accept my form of payment and kick me out in the middle of the ride. I called the office to see why my card was canceled and they said they couldn't verify my card. I called my bank and they said they never blocked any transaction. 
A big waste of time and horrible inconvenience!

Me and my pregnant wife got kicked out of our ride in the middle of Hollywood Los Angeles . Going to file a major complaint at their office in the morning . The customer service sucks and it's a scam . Seriously

Highly recommended service. I used them a couple of times while I was in LA working. Prompt, friendly drivers who deliver on time and even ahead of schedule - will definitely use again.
