TERRIBLE location. Workers are very disrespectful. Took newborn boy clothes in and told me couldn’t be sold due to being worn and still had original price tags on them. One lady also told me that your kid will have a hard time spelling his name. Most common name ever. Wish she keep her thoughts to herself. Checkout Mexican Girl was telling me to hurry up and pick through my stuff so she can get other costumers so I’m assuming that I took too long and she went on another register and checked someone else out. That was very rude. Also store very disorganized in sizes wise. Workers are very DISRESPECTFUL in all means. Will not go to that location ever again.

I love going to Murfreesboro location. Great items at great prices. Clean and organized store. The last time I went to Antioch was over 2 years ago, the workers were rude, and there isn't a nice selection of name brand items.

The prices are a bit high considering they are used and sold to them for much less than what they sell to us.

What a joke.  I took in 2 large baskets of very lightly used clothes, and many never used clothes and they offered me a joke in return.  I asked why and the lady said they can't take everything, and not very used clothes. Well I  guarantee you there weren't any in there that used...those I donate or cut up for rags.  There was even a dress never used from a boutique that they didn't take, and I asked why and she said "I didn't like the style". Really? So they pay you for stuff they individually like or not. I came here once before a couple years ago and remember walking out with all my stuff because it was a joke, and took to different place and got a lot more money back.  Don't go here! You will get robbed! You've been warned! And for them to charge what they charge for the clothes they do have in stock is even more of a joke.

Very bad experience at the Antioch location. As soon as I walked in the lady at counter stated "it's against the law to sell car seats".  Now it may be a law but there is a way to explain this to a customer the correct way as opposed to the rude way I was talked to today. Which is all well and good however a little customer service prior to saying we cannot help you would be nice. Don't shop at Antioch location go to Franklin where there are actual nice to there customer's.
