Story

Clothing must be in excellent condition and a current style from the past 1 to 1 1/2 years. It must be freshly laundered. We prefer that it be brought it in bags or boxes, not on hangers.
We make selling the items that you no longer need or use convenient, efficient and fun.( No appointment necessary, will need drivers license to sell.)
The amount we pay is based on brand, style, and demand.
(We reserve the right to refuse items based on condition, current inventory levels, or past experience.)
If planning to sell please visit our stores up to 30 minutes before we close each day.

This store is definitely on the smaller side of some Plato's Closet locations, but it still has a pretty good selection of clothes and had a small men's section as well. It was clean and organized and the staff was nice. There is a seating area by the fitting rooms which is nice when trying on clothes with family and friends.

The Girl never check  my clothes , told me to wait while they check it & they were gonna call my name. & they never call me until i when to the front & ask if they were done & they were rude saying they did call me when i was right in front of their desk the whole time & saw that they never even check my bags.  & told me that none of the clothes a brought  were able to buy it from me. when it was alot of clothes .

Am going through a difficult situation. The buyer was very kind and helpful. I knew before going in, I wouldn't get a ton of money for my items. It's the nature of the business. I understand that. Whomever the sweet girl was, is a gem. I didn't get much money, but was enough to help me out. But her kind words meant more to me than she probably realizes. Because sometimes kindness means more than money. Keep up the good work. Never forget what a kind word can mean to someone. Will definitely return when I have more items. Thank you again for a customer service job well done! 🙄

This was the worst Plato's Closet I have been to. Horrible customer service, and long wait times are the norm. I brought two bags of several young brands like H&M, Forever 21, Daniel Cremieux stuff, as well as several pairs of shoes. I watched the girl look in the bag, never taking anything out while she was texting on her phone. She called my name in under 3 minutes, and told me my items were passes. I took the same items to another Plato's Closet and they gave me over $200.00. The employees at this store clearly don't know what good items are, and don't care about the customers, which is why their store is empty. I will never be back!
