I've really tried to stay positive about this place. With that being said, i will not be buying and selling to this place anymore. The customer service has just been terrible every single time I've been in. The one worker today literally watched me and my son struggle to carry our containers in as she was mean mugging us. Waited until we got all the way to the counter and started to fill out a sheet and THEN proceeded to tell me that they don't take anything after 7pm. Good customer service would of been to come tell me before I drug it all the way in since she was mean mugging me the whole way in. So I decided to carry my stuff back out and use the rest of my store credit because they will no longer be getting my family of fives business. On top of the prices being high for a second hand store, I found three of the exact same shorts in the exact same color all different prices ($1.50, $2.50, $3.50) I feel that if I'm driving across town to give you business you should at least take more than 3 containers (or take them since I drove all the way and sort them the next morning) or take more than five items out of them when you do. I was willing to drive out three bags at a time but the customer service was overall a deal breaker for me and my family.

Awesome place to buy kids clothing and toys! They have a huge selection to choose from at very budget friendly prices. Save even more when you shop during one of their sales. Everything is in great condition, and a variety of brands are available.

Having seven grandchildren I don't consider shopping anywhere else because I like the clothes, shoes, and generally the price. My younger ones love the toy area. Please don't increase prices too much!

I feel the need to stick up for this store because a lot of these reviews are ridiculous. Multiple people say how they have great prices on clothing but then those same people complain about how they didn't get much money for the clothes they sold. In short, it is a great store. I love selling and shopping there. Also thier customer service is fine, they are clearly very busy and doing the best they can. All the divas who aren't treated like the center of the universe are just going to have to deal.

I don't quite understand how they do things here. I tried to sell them a few very nice dresses. They told me they had spots, which they don't, but yet, a lot of the clothing they sell are very worn and a majority of the shoes are caked in mud. I'm extremely baffled......
