The items that I purchased were reasonably priced. I've always liked Sears but the Old tall Lady named Linda passed a dollar bill with the end torn off, on me. How petty is that? I will be shopping elsewhere.

Bought a washer and dryer set here. The store matched the online pricing and helped with some returns I had from the installation process (every house is different). Highly recommended! The store associates and manager are very helpful!

Went to jewelry counter to look at a chain, two ladies who were interested in talking and sipping on their drinks to help assist me . I Asked the size of chain she looked at me like really!! Could be why they going out of business. Will never shop at sears again I called to ask for a manager I got his voicemail hummmm.

Everything I buy at Sears breaks or stops working. The people at this store had a fridge installed without a filter then wanted to charge me to put one in, after I spent over $1,000 on a brand new fridge and warranty. Sears does not honor warranties, they send people to your house to try to sell you more crap. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SEARS AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE. They are a garbage company. Basically, I would rather do business with a guy in a truck on the side of the road than every purchase a product from this scummy corporation.
