Macy's is one of the most amazing places a customer can shop. There staff members are nice, friendly and very professional.

Service was fantastic! The Service Clerk was exceptional.  My credit card declined. I called the credit card co and they apologized. The card was defected. The Serv Clerk treated me with dignity and respect. She was extremely courteous, pleasant and very professional.
My name is Joseph McCaskill and I was shopping in the men's dept. Because of her, I will be back. I wish I remembered her name. She assisted me in the she dept. I have not seen customer service such as hers in a very long time.
