I’ve gone to this location a lot. Sometimes they buy a lot of the items I have to sell, sometimes they don’t. It’s all based on supply and demand. I usually start here and then sell whatever is leftover on the marketplace or donate. 

The staff is always helpful and polite. They are young, but never disrespectful. The store is generally clean and tidy—except on grab day days or clearance events as there are too many customers blowing up the racks to keep up. 🤣 

I do like this store though and buy a few cute items for my infant daughter. I wasn’t able to find items for my son that were worth it in my opinion once my son got to about 3t.

Usually have very good experiences buying here - horrible experiences selling.  I've taken in perfect items & had them turned down for one piece of hair or lint on them that literally took a second to pick off - yet while shopping I've found many, many clothes with stains, pulls in the fabric, etc.  The girls working there are also not the most pleasant, with the exception of a few.  They would rather gossip with each other than actually look at the clothes - I've watched them go through my items and most barely get a glance before getting put back into my tote. 
It's a shame that the employees are so inconsistent because it really would be nice to enjoy the convenience of selling multiple items to one place.

Always stocked with lots of options. Clothes are arranged by gender and size, then by clothing type and color. Good selection of toys as well - everything Ive found has been of good quality. Long wait is typical if you are going to sell items to the store.

Pros- the prices are somewhat fair clean environment organized friendly staff. Your dollars add up to savings. Cons-Just like any place look at the clothes carefully before buying, I have founds holes in more than a few items.

Obsessed with OUAC! I'll never go back to paying full price for clothes again. They only accept and resell really high quality items, most clothing is under $10, most shoes under $20. The deals simply cannot be beat.
