AWFUL!! I've been buying and selling at this location for years...after this past weekend, I will NEVER do business here again. The owner (the old lady) is completely rude and disrespectful- she treated my husband like he was a dirty animal...he walked in with a bag of stuff to sell and after rudely harassing him because it wasn't neatly folded- she then says to him IN FRONT OF EVERYONE "you stink like cigarette smoke, I don't even know if we're going to waste our time with you." Then she turns to another girl that works there and says through a snide laugh "I don't even think we're going to do anything with this stuff." My husband said to just let it go, but I couldn't. I confronted her about her behavior and told her she needed to watch the way she speaks to people- she raised her voice to me, then another worker started chiming in (obviously her daughter) and said "do you want us to call the cops." During this fiasco my husband had taken our 2 yr old to the back to look at the toys so as I was leaving I was waiting by the front door for my husband and baby to come out- the old lady says very loudly "Are you still here, BYE!" I mean, the absolute WORST business experience I've ever had. Maybe I should have let it go, but if someone talked to your family like they were punishing a dog after you've poured money into their business over the years- wouldn't you have questioned it too? The business is for sale- the old lady is worn out and tired and she looks like it too...but that is no excuse to treat your customers badly--if you didn't have customers selling to your store, you wouldn't have a store. I know I'm just 1 customer of hundreds...and I'm gone...but her poor business outlook and attitude still remain as I've witnessed her do this to others...I predict the store closing down soon.

I brought in a VERY LARGE tote FULL of newborn - 6months clothes. With a decent amount of variety. I waited THREE HOURS just for them to select MAYBE 10 items & offer me $10. EVERYTHING was either NEVER worn or worn ONCE. I called the day before bringing my items in & was told by staff that OUAC was actively accepting ALL clothes, ALL seasons, ALL styles, ALL brands, ALL of the time. So I brought my items an hour & a half away from where I live to my grandmother's house where she & I inspected EVERY item twice & washed them the same morning I brought them in!! We folded & organized all of the clothes by size & style from winter - summer clothes, swaddlers & socks. Although staff was not rude to me at all I did witness them being pretty rude to other customers. But they did NOT even look through HALF of what was in the tote & then told me that all of my other clothes were stained & peeling!! Which is hilarious!! The staff then informed me that they don't have a demand for infant clothes right now?!?! Their clothes are over priced & it's super crowded in there... Was very disappointed. Will NOT go back & waste my time again!!!!!!!

My first experience at once upon a child was great. But after i kept going I noticed it was getting bad. They have ridiculous prices! I also see alot of very used and worn out items. The only reason why i say this is because I've tooken many items that were new or not even that used but they wouldn't take it because either it was to worn out or just not what they were looking for. I honestly do not understand...then thats not all they try to rip you off!? They tried to take about 7 items from me two pairs of shoes that were NEW and 6 items of baby clothes that were also NEW and only want to give 5.67$ for the items! I also took in a new play pin! They only want to give me 15$ for the play pen ! That was and is the last time I ever go there if they had a rating from 0-10 I'd give a 0! Not only that they have always tooken 3-4 hours just to go through my items! I never have never took any big full bags. I have only ever taken small portions but still they take about 3-4 hours just too look!? Bad bad store.

I'll keep it simple! RUDE, EXPENSIVE AND THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER BATHROOM FOR THE LITTLE ONES! THEIR TRADE IN VALUE IS NOT WORTH IT!

I Love coming here. I've sold to them many times and the customer service is amazing. The girls are always very friendly.
