Service was great, it wasn't so busy when I went so I got both ladies to help me find a new pair of boots. However, because my foot is large, I'm more comfortable wearing men's boots. One of these ladies wouldn't understand that and continued to shove women's boots in my face. What I did not realize is that they don't give you brand new, unworn boots. They give you the boots that god knows how many people have tried on. I didn't realize this until I brought them home and saw cracks in the leather of one of the shoes.  I found a better price on amazon so I will be returning them. If you want a new pair of boots, I would recommend going there to get sized and everything, but do not buy here. You won't get new boots.

Boot barn was great!first day I worked with Joanne second day i worked Teresa,if all stores worked with their customers like they do,there stores would be so profitable,great job Boot Barn on hiring emp who care about the job they do and the Cooking they work for as I am also a business owner,to top if off your stock and selection is great I give your store a 10!thank you Gary Thorpe  Owner of Horizon Landscaping and construction.
