Went to sell back items for the first time today. Had 5 boxes of girl clothes sizes newborn-18 months in a variety of seasons, almost all name brand and in great condition. While I did not expect all the clothes to be taken I was surprised when only about 1 box was purchased back. The employee said that “they are over stocked on small sized items and therefore could not take everything.” If that is the case, then it should not be advertised that they take all sizes and all seasons. For example, I had two GAP jumper coats that were only worn once, and a Columbia coat still with tags, and they gave them back along with a ton of winter items that were barely used and nearly all the clothes under 6 months. Don’t bother taking too many items and don’t take anything out of season even though they say they will take them. The store is jam packed and I understand overstock but advertising should be adjusted to account for that or another option provided so people don’t haul everything to the store just to be disappointed and have to take it all back.

This is such a GREAT place to find quality children's clothing at a VERY affordable price! The store is organized so you can easily find what you are looking for!

It's overpriced for clothes but their baby equipment is decent priced. They do sometimes have some super cute stuff that I don't mind paying for but it's frustrating that some stuff really are priced too high. Baby clothes are so expensive that you may as well just buy them new.

I got low balled on the price of merchandise I took to the store to resell. I have a brand new never used night vision camera that's $150 at Sears.. and got less than $10 for, a boppy pillow that sells for $5.. I got seriously scammed. Unbelievable. I brought so many things and got $30 altogether.. but brought a bag of newborn clothes in for $15? Something isn't right here.

70% off mechandise? Do your math. 30% of $150 is not $10. Don't try and insult me with your apathetic apology. You made a quick buck off me. Your 2.9 score says it all. Your store is a scam and your remark shows poor customer service skills.
