We have been renting Prom tuxedos from this company since my second oldest son was in high school (2009). Followed by my third son who is now in his sophomore year in college. Now, my fourth son who is graduating from high school in June. This was the worst experience ever since I have been renting tuxedos from Men's Warehouse in Newport News. This experience was not good because customer service was slow, due to being severely under staffed. There was only one employee in the establishment with experience. We waited over two hours before being recognized and served. However, Alicia did well maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and time considering the circumstances she was under. We made sure to inform her that we were pleased with her service but the issue stemmed from Men's Wearhouse.

Went to get fitted for a suit, great experience. I was greeted immediately upon walking in and asked what I was looking for. They took my measurements and showed me a few suit jackets. I told them I wasn’t quite ready to buy a suit yet, and they respected that and didn’t push me to buy one. Very professional and helpful.

Great place. The staff is excellent, full of knowledge and extremely helpful and pleasant. Store is clean and organized with a large selection of quality mens clothing. Only place I can find in the area with extensive big and tall sizes. It's expensive but you get what you pay for.

Staff is very helpful.  Wide selection.  Comfortable atmosphere.  If you are looking for a good suit, then this is the place to go.

Would’ve given 0 stars. Walked in today willing and ready to buy a suit and wasn’t greeted or helped at all. At first I thought they were busy and than realized they greeted and helped the man before me and 2 customers after me. I guess my gym attire wasn’t up to par with the employees standards. Will never give them business.
