The people here seem very restricted in the customer service aspect of things. I got good rates from them, but the service has not been good. right off the bat, they gave me the wrong account number for my checking, so the gave me 3 fees when best buy tried to draw from the number they gave me 3 times. (I only permitted 1 withdrawal from the wrong account that they gave me) The 3x fee was for one instance that wasn't my fault to begin with. I went to ask to have it taken care of and they said they would remove the fees. They removed 2 of them come to find out and were informing me they'd send the amount owed to collections if I didn't take care of it. Going in and speaking to a manager a 3rd time and finally cleared it up. I tried to use the drive through to deposit a check. I sent it in and got a short reply of "I'll go ahead and cash this for you" and *click* and then a "There you go, have a nice day" *click* I didn't say anything because they didn't give me a chance. I wanted to deposit the check not cash it. Being in a hurry and having a line of people behind me, I had to go. My account gets locked this morning. The website says it sent an email to reset the account. It didn't. I went in to get it unlocked. I had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes before getting that cleared up. I wanted to make an 800 dollar purchase online. I got denied with plenty of money available. I called several times and it took an hour to get permission to use my card for the amount desired. Had I known better, I would not have been so easily enticed to giving these people my money. When I start an account somewhere, I just want access to my account.

I usually use the one on Constitution but the coin machine was down came to the location and the lady could tell I was lost walking in... She was super nice and helpful. Its nice to know thier customer service wasn't at all bad like the reviews. Been with this credit union for almost 7 yrs now and never had a bad experience. Thanks SSFCU!!!
