Been waiting for a week to get a loan. I go to the office they tell me they will call me back later, they never call. I called everyday multiple times and they say leave my name and number and they will call me back .A week later they still ain't called back . I guess I'll try calling again today , Still waiting on my call back Shannon

My experience was Bad because of the customer service they gave to me at first. When she find out that I have a decent credit so I can get approved for a $5,000 loan then she start being nice to me I am 29 years old and I have no knowledge about credit and loans whenever I try to ask multiple questions they seem to be mad or upset don't want to answer give me only short answers don't seems like they want to help me understand my loan my payments et. I would not recommend this one main financial on Covington Highway to anyone... if you do be prepare to get some type of attitude by someone when I ask too much questions
