Asked for help from several bankers who were not with customers after difficulties at multiple locations, only to be told couldn't help, even though it was for a business account. Said only solution was to wait in yet a third long line. Said it was policy. At my personal bank, the bankers if not busy will often assist those in line with deposits to speed things along. And that is for any customer. I mentioned that to them and they seemed dumbfounded that anyone other than a teller could handle a deposit. There is a big difference in service at Wells Fargo, and not in a good way.

The tellers are friendly, and ask you what your needs are as soon as you walk in the door to ensure a pleasant experience.
