Excellent service. Friendly employees. Needed a second key made and programmed for my Jeep Compass and it took less than 15 minutes to look up the key cut, cut the key, and program the remote. I now have 3 key fobs with buttons and spares with and without chips. Was not in a hurry and let them know when I called but they still came out in just over 30 minutes. That is fast considering I've waited for AAA for over 6 hours just to unlock my car when my son locked my keys in my car in Ft. Lauderdale. If you're local don't hesitate to call. They are quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. Ignore that other review from Roy Browning about it taking an hour and ten minutes to get to a location. (Which is actually quite reasonable. It's not like you can call a business and they drop everything they are doing to serve you first because you feel special. Not to mention his Google account has only made two reviews and they were both negative for local locksmiths. He is most likely a spiteful competitor.) With AAA taking over 6 hours on occasion and averaging 2.5 hours for all 11 calls (shown on app) I've made in the past I can't imagine some cranky dimwit that can't wait about an hour for their own mistake. Roy Browning... Late for work and expects to be served first.

Well, google says that they are only 7 miles from my vehicle, so they said 30min tops... I waited 25mins to hear that he was down south and it would take him 40 more min to get here! Confidence isn't high after speaking to either of them... I have to work here??
