Al was prompt and confirmed our appointment. His service was expert and service charge VERY reasonable (he saved me $630.00 and repaired my door lock rather than buying a new one as recommended by a competitor)

Before discovering Y.D.G., I had called 3 other local lock smiths. All of them were honestly very rude over the phone and presented pretty poor customer care etiquette, and a few I could barely understand past discernible mumbles. The receptionist at Y.D.G. was the exact opposite. She was kind, helpful, informative, and was very easy to communicate with. When Al arrived at my house to perform the service, he was an hour EARLIER than the designated two hour time window. That literally never happens. Once inside, he picked the lock to the interior door to my garage (which I locked myself out of) and changed the lock to fit my actual house key within 15 minutes. I was actually able to go back to work (which I didn't plan on doing with the original 3-5 window) which was great. Sometimes you can just tell when someone is a good and honest person, and that translates into honest business. I will always call Al and Y.D.G. with any lock and key issues in the future.

Great service and super professional! I own a chain store and Al is the best I would definitely recommend them for any project.
