Home Depot and Lowe's did not carry the blank for the keys I needed cut. These guys were helpful, informative, and friendly. Their store is clean, organized, and air-conditioned. They had my blank in stock and didn't overcharge for the service (total was $5.50 for 2 unusual keys). It's slightly more expensive than your mega hardware stores, but definitely worth it. I will be getting all my keys cut here in future!

Richard, Tito and Kyle were great for my deadbolt install on an old door that needed a lot of work. I walked into the shop in the morning and explained my problem and by afternoon it was done and done expertly with courtesy. I have known about this West Palm Beach quality locksmith for years and went to school with some of the family.. They are the best in any service arena.

For several years I have used Wilson-Rowan for small items. Initially after Home Depot couldn't make a duplicate key that worked, I found Wilson-Rowan. Today I used them for a major repair. They told me the worst case scenario cost wise and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to provide the service for several hundred dollars less than quoted. Thank you Kiko.

I scheduled a week ahead of time to have my lock re-keyed as I was coming into WPB from out of town. About 2 hrs after the appointment window I called. Took them about 10 min to find my information. They told me it had been "cancelled" and no longer in the system. They had no idea who cancelled it. They offered me service 4 days later? No thanks. That is bad business.

These guys are great! I needed a lock rekeyed in a short amount of time and they helped me right away! Definitely recommend them!
