This "car dealership" is not a car dealership, it is not even a business, the place is full of con artists, they are as fraudulent as it gets, they dont care about the customer at all, they said it's ok to drive with no liscence plate... really, I'm no lawyer but I know lawyers and I know people in the DMV and said there are many complaints filed against this establishment... Please do not buy!

I came in on August 1,2017 starting my second semester in college in about two weeks. I needed a good commuter car that was reliable and good on gas. Since I am a student and work part time, I did not have much to put down but enough to get me a good car. I had seen a 2012 Nissan Versa online. Loved it already. Long review in a nutshell, I made it here 5 minutes before they closed and they got me in the car with insurance and 12month warranty for a BOMB deal. Scheduled an appointment for my Mommy to buy a car tomorrow!

The girl Ariana that works there it's a straight liar. Sold me a car the transmission blew up the next day I'm a single mom 97lbs with a toddler that stuck on the freeway within 48 hours of buying the car. The girl accused me of changing out parts of the car and accused me of switching out the transmission putting a faulty one in there. Lied said car was never been in an accident and when I got home saw paint drips on the front bumper and a cracks under the car that needed welding . Don't ever come here no matter how desperate you are because you will loose more money at this shady dealership. They will sell you a broken car. I had to file a legal complaint with the DMV for this shady dealership. Also after buying the car I'm legally suppose to get a license plates within 60 days because of California state law. They waited over four months to turn in papers to the DMV and avoided my calls and then got nasty on me when I called passed because there was no papers sent to the DMV.

This dealer is shady!!! We purchased a car 5 months ago and still don't have our title! They block our number when we try to call them and lock the doors when we come to their place. Ridiculous people! Don't buy cars from them!!!

The owner Arianna Arzoo lied to us about the warranty she sold us. We had some concerns regarding the vehicle we were interested in. She called us in after the salesman failed. She presented a warranty and highlighted all areas of coverage. One week later we had suspension issues. We contacted her and went in to go over the warranty. She again confirmed all our coverage. Told us how to deal with the warranty company. We did as she said and found out she had lied to us. Our coverage was 1/4 of the section she highlighted. The section she had me read to assure me of our coverage. She seems so sweet, but she is a wolf in sheep's clothes. Don't buy here.
