I've been dealing with this shop for years, never had an issue. Any car accident's that happen in my family and friends circle I refer them to Toyota body shop. They don't cut corners and keep me informed every step of the way. My cars have always come back good as new.

I have had my cars repaired thru this shop a few times and they do a great job and don't take that long period of time to finish the job. Never had any problems. All repair lifetime warranty.

The customer service is excellent.  They tried very hard to make things right the first time.

Average place. Customer service is not forte.  Its always good to double check the work that was supposed to be completed.

Very poor customer service from Curtis Cook. The Toyota body shop replaced our bumper, the next day I noticed it was not screwed on securely under each headlight and the bumper was protruding out from the car slightly on both sides. I brought the car back to get it fixed again and Mr. Cook tells me it's MY fault that the bumper was not secure and that I had hit something. Instead of owning up to the slight flaw in the repair, he blamed me.
 I had NOT been impressed with his customer service from the get go, but this interaction was truly disappointing and aggravating.
 In my opinion, I felt he had been rude and belittling towards me because I'm young mother there with my 4year old daughter, easy target to push around, possibly? 

Would NOT recommend this repair shop to any of my friends or family.
