Poor customer service wow 
I called about a vehicle I was interested in I also Told them I Have a trade in as well and was immediately told to call another person in the finance dept. So the person gave me a number which I called and was helped by a guy named Dave, I told him what vehicle i was interested  in and about my trade in he than  told me to send pics along with the vin number ...never heard from the guy again. Places like this shouldn’t be in business if you have to chase them down or given the run around for a car it should be the other way around the salesman should be trying to sell cars and gain a customer. Its also a bad sign of poor service. It’s ok went to another lot and bought a car and recommended another person into buying a car from the lot I ended up going to . Don’t trust people like these save your money and go somewhere that wants your business.

My wife and I bought our first car here just days after we were married. We found what looked like a great car, and bought it that day, to drive it to college in Idaho. Turns out, if you want to find a car that will cost you more that 2500 dollars just months after you buy it, Sunrise is the place for you. I'm not sure if the staff is completely inept, or just dishonest. What was marketed as a great deal for Labor day turned out to be a car with over 110,000 miles needing a timing belt replaced, and with a failing engine oil cooler. They knew almost nothing about the car, but told us plenty about what a great deal it was. Thankfully the car held together long enough to get us to school, and only then did we find out about all of the problems with this lemon they had just sold us. But hey, at least the staff were nice.

Same issue with two other reviewers. Bought a Subaru forester 04 around nov 16'. Lasted till march 17'. Timing belt broke while driving and damaged other components. 2500 down the drain. Don't shop here, very dishonest people.

We purchased a nice Mountaineer few yrs back. The guys there are awesome! Awesome place to buy used cars with them. I totally recommend this place. I give them 10 stars! Trust me. I'm coming back to buy another car. Thanks guys!

I got there and they were on lunch but they answer their phone and were very professional and I end up test drive a car but I did not buy it! Because all of their cars were as it is and they said the carfax is clear and how is the car fax
