The fact that it’s working! My pants fit better. My shirts are loose. The trainers are amazing and work with all levels. Our favorite ( Hubby and mine) is Heather. High energy and very motivating.

Energetic coaches that are vigilant in ensuring you use the correct body mechanics when you do the floor works outs in order to help with safety and ensuring you get the best results possible. They encourage you to challenge yourself. OTF is a good atmosphere to not only change you from the inside out, but to form new relationships which in turn provides accountability.

I went to OTF on Thanksgiving day for a pre-meal burn and am so glad that I did! The workout was great, ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful and I had an overall fantastic time. I was seeking an intense workout and that's what I got!

Best workouts I've ever had.  The time goes fast, the monitor is really motivating, and Heather was a really AWESOME instructor so if you can get a class with her, you should!
