Called to ask a question and woman was quite rude. On top of that, my first pole dancing class I was injured. So be careful!

I booked a birthday party here, NERF gun theme & it was a blast for the kids! There are screens set up in the party room so you don’t miss any of the action! The owner Jason was great, very patient and pleasant with the kids! I will be booking another party here!

I've only tried the pole dancing so far, but it's really fun and I'd love to try the silks. Great for people of all skill levels; there's always a variety of people, shapes, and sizes.

The staff is friendly helpful and knowledgeable and the facilities are well designed and Safe to practice whatever form of exercise you are working on. 10/10
