Ringside Fitness offers a fitness kickboxing workout with trainers that have over 30 years of experience in kickboxing, MMA and martial arts.

Story

Ringside Fitness offers a fitness kickboxing workout with trainers to teach and assist. We have 18 different stations so the circuit changes daily. Your workouts include real heavy bags, speed bag, battle rope, Iron Grip free weights, Kettlebells, TRX suspension system, BOSU workout equipment and a variety of ab accessories. We are never boring! We also offer personal training sessions for members and non-members as early as 5 AM.

Junior kickboxing classes are offered 2-3 days per week and on Saturdays.

Boxing gloves and hand wraps are included with enrollment. All of our trainers are certified with backgrounds in fitness, MMA and martial arts. Real Trainers = Real Results!

I highly recommend Ringside Fitness! I have been a member for over four months and have seen the positive impact it has had! The facility is cleaned meticulously and the staff is more than accommodating. The membership fees are very reasonable, especially when compared with other facilities such as 9Round and I believe the quality of service I receive is much better than other gyms I have used in the past. I look forward to working out there and have nothing but positive experiences during the last several months.

I've been a member of Ringside since they opened and I cannot say enough great things about this gym. Every workout is different and personal trainers guide the way. I have been to other gyms and can barely get someone to help me use a machine correctly.  Ringside Trainers are awesome and you can tell they have been doing this for a long time.  Experience is everything when you are trying to achieve a personal goal for yourself which is why I absolutely love this gym!!!

I cannot say enough about this place. I was looking for an alternative gym that let me burn calories and build muscle well I found it  at Ringside Fitness.  I Knew it was the place for me the first time I went there. It was a little intimidating to see all of the boxing equipment but I gave it a go and all I can say is WOW!!!!!!! What a great place. The owners are very knowledgeable because they didn't just get their training out of a book they lived the life.  Yes there are other gyms that may teach like workouts and I have tried them and was a little disappointed . I love that I have been pushed to the NEXT LEVEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Try it you will not be disappointed.

I would not recommend Ringside at all there are much better comparable fitness options out there such as 9Round, I was charged $10 for the as advertised free first workout with the reasoning from the trainer that the service was so good it couldn't be given away for free  however it was a waste of $10 and you will reach your fitness goals much quicker going to a 9Round opposed to Ringside the workouts at 9Round were much more intense and they also track your heart rate 9Round was cleaner and an overall better experience I had such high hopes for Ringside but I was disappointed I definitely would not recommend this place knowing that you can get more value for your money elsewhere.

I was quite impressed with this fitness workout at ringside...the staff was quite professional and the workout you do it very invigorating...you should try it..worth it.
