Coach V and Coach Renee give 1 on 1 attention to all the athletes at every fitness level to ensure you use proper form to prevent injury while building strength and conditioning. They donate all Saturday class money to a charity of the month because they are committed to serving their community as well as their members.

AMAZING PLACE! Renee and Vilma know exactly what they're doing, from classes to the facility, to just knowing how to take care of people. I'm an experienced athlete and martial artist and was blown away at how they conducted their classes. They see everyone, from the beginner with no experience in fitness to the seasoned pro. This gym is going to blow up! And deservedly so!

I was in the area visiting a friend, never did cross fit in my life and decided to try it out. Renee is awesome and Vilma has a ton of knowledge. I always said I'd never do cross fit and well, I tried it and it was awesome! Thanks ladies for an amazing experience. You definitely have to check them out!!

Best coaches around, personally and professionally. Process and progress are at the forefront of each class. As a beginner, I was welcomed and encouraged to do my best. Brand new, beautiful facility that is very clean with state of the art equipment.
