Brooklyn CrossFit : South Williamsburg is centrally located in the heart of Brooklyn's coolest neighborhood with convenient access to the East River Ferry, the L train subway stop at Bedford or several MTA bus routes. Housed in a renovated warehouse space just off of Kent Ave. on the Brooklyn waterfront, BCFSW offers well over 2000 square feet of elite training space.

I love everything about this box! Welcoming community will inspire you to reach your fitness goals. 

Coaching is top-notch, with proper attention to mobility & technique. And class programming takes full advantage of the hour.

I shopped around for the right box, dropping in to a few other locations before landing here and am *so pleased* with my decision!

Stopped by with the crew to visit Brooklyn CrossFit. Ran into Coach Josh, had a great workout - love this spot! Traveling from Bay Ridge to Williamsburg by car is definitely quite the trip but worth it! Thanks for the hospitality you guys rock!

Brooklyn CrossFit: South Williamsburg provides a friendly and down-to-earth environment with extremely knowledgeable and passionate coaches. 

I started CrossFit a few weeks ago and was hesitant when signing up. But after my first Foundations class, I was really excited to begin and felt comfortable after learning the basics with Coach Mike (owner). The hour-long workouts are fast paced and challenging and will make you sweat. But they are also really fun and cater to all different levels of experience. So don’t worry! 

There are three fantastic coaches - Coach Mike, Coach Josh, and Coach Kai - who are encouraging and will always make sure you know exactly what you are doing. They are also so accommodating in regards to injuries or any specific needs. Lastly, its a great place to meet new people. 

I highly recommend coming in and checking out this facility!

Mike Reynolds and the staff at Brooklyn Cross Fit South Williamsburg are the best. They are personable as well as knowledgeable.

They make everyone feel like family and that you can fit in regardless of skill set and level of fitness. If you remain committed you will undoubtedly see results. They have created an awesome box with an awesome atmosphere. We have a 6AM crew that has grown significantly since beginning and it keeps getting bigger and better.

You won't get a more enjoyable growing experience elsewhere.
