My favorite fitness studio! Their spin, yoga, and training classes are all fantastic, and the studio really feels like a community.

Come take a class in a relaxed, community based studio. Their high energy instructors will not only help you with everything you need, they'll help encourage you to reach your full potential. Their size makes for a really personal experience, whether you're taking a cycling, yoga or combo class. Their prices are some of the lowest in the city.

This place is good for the budget conscious. After all, fitness and wellness should be accessible to all. The community is super nice and the staff is friendly. That being said, the facilities are small and the bikes for spin feel old and loose. You kind of get what you pay for, I suppose.

Great spin class with a fun atmosphere.  Truly is a judgment-free zone.  Saturday 9am instructor (Kelly) is fantastic!
