We were welcomed by a polite and caring staff. The brief explanation of the program was easy to understand. The instructor was motivating and patient while guiding us through the first sets for technical understanding of the exercises. Overall, we enjoyed the process and are excited to return. For anyone looking to increase their health and fitness, this program is certain to produce great results.

I like the daily variety. There is enough of a change up that it doesn't become routine. I like the integration with the heart rate monitor and the workout screens. It helps to challenge myself in the workout and appeals to my naturally competitive nature. The staff is great and the coaches are attentive. I've really come to enjoy my workouts!

I LOVE coming to work out at Orangetheory! Left to a normal gym I will not go, but the fact that the awesome coaches are there to correct you and guide you makes all the difference. I like that I know exactly how long I will be at the gym with the structured class times. Everyday is a different workout so I do not get bored. This was the best move I have ever made in terms of my health and lifE!

As a fitness instructor, I greatly appreciate the organization of the workouts, exercise modifications, clear instructions, and ending the workout promptly at an hour. The demos by the Trainer and shown on the TV's are helpful. The workout are fantastic! The structure of the workouts have variety and challenge you to step out of your comfort zone whether that is endurance, strength, or power. You guys tackle it all! I really like that you've incorporated changes in treadmill incline versus speed. I feel that the people making the OTF workouts are folks with an exercise background and that enjoy fitness. The workouts are quality. Overall, I think the Addison OTF staff is friendly/professional. I always encourage people to check it out as a supplement to their workout. I have been attending since February and I feel that my fitness has improved. I feel that you guys are "one of a kind" so keep up the great work!
