I just finished my 2nd challenge there, and it's amazing. I'm down over 50 pounds. The trainers are fun, motivating and know how to push you, the class times are great, the staff is friendly and personable....but the best part is the community! You will get all of the support you could ever ask for - I love my AFF!!!   I recommend this place to anyone and everyone...any size of fitness level!! If I can get out here at 400 pounds and do this...anyone can!!!

I had an amazing experience here! The owners are so sweet and down to earth. They are usually right there with you working hard, sweating like crazy, and encouraging you every step of the way. 
The trainers are the best group of a**holes I've ever met! You will hate them so much you love them. Outside the camp they are available to offer some extra encouragement and motivation. No excuses!
The members, are in it to win it and they want you to be too! They are there to push you, pick you up when you've lost all motivation, and the camp veterans give great advice! 
I had a rough start, injured my back, sprain my ankle, and some Diverticulitis, but I was able to bounce back and reach my goals! I'm down from a 12 to an 8 and feel amazing!

July 24, 2017 started my first challenge it's hard work but I'm excited to see the outcome stay tuned

This is where a new ME is being transformed. It is all about hard work, awesome environment, and a super supportive team of trainers and counselors (camp Directors) that are with you all the way thru it.
