If you need to shape up, trim down, find your muscle definition - OTF is the place! Amazing workouts, knowledgeable and enthusiastic coaches. So thankful that my friend encouraged me to join, BEST decision ever!

Great coaches facilitate fun, vigorous, and varied workouts that have resulted in me being in the best shape and healthiest ever in my middle-aged life. Before, I hadn't been able to get myself to the gym. Now, all I have to do is show up, follow directions, and try my best. 

Coaches also provide modifications to the weight/strengthening exercises to allow one to give a reasonable and doable effort. The coaches enthusiasm and pointed feedback regarding the proper form help me get the most out of my hour.

Been a member here for 3 years now, and I couldn’t thank my sister enough for pushing me to join. I was relatively new to working out at the beginning, but the instructors here helped me through every step of the way, until I got to know what exercises to do, and when. Love the staff here too, everyone’s cheerful and very helpful.

I like that it's a different workout every time and it's challenging. I really feel the muscles that I've worked for a couple of days after the workout. Although I just started, I'm looking forward to seeing the results. I wish I would have joined two years ago when I originally looked into it!

This is a fun and hard workout! I love the science behind it. The coach (Maria) corrected my mistakes and complimented me when my technique was correct. The facility is super clean and equipment was great to use. I highly recommend OTF for everyone at any level of fitness.
