I worked out w/ Dave for 2 years during my neck injury, surgeries and recoop.   Everything hurt me and he was extremely intuitive about exactly what exercises i needed just with one look at me.   I could not have survived and thrived and recovered from those 2  years without Dave.  I've recommended him and the gym to many of my patients.

David (the owner) is a miracle worker.  I absolutely can not stress how good he is at helping people.  I won't bore you with personal details, just know that he fixed me after I thought I could not be fixed.

I have been going to Progressive for about 6  years.  I had back problems and David did more for me than the physical therapist could because he treated the whole body, not just the bad back.  He explained things in a manner that I could understand and provided a workout for me that was designed for my needs. David has the uncanny ability to know when you are out of "whack" and makes your body right again. David and the other trainers make your experience at Progressive a very rewarding one.  There isn't a trainer there that I wouldn't trust.
