There were a lot of things a liked. The tour of the facility before my first appointment was nice. The person at the desk was very warm and showed me how to use the equipment properly. The coach, Seth, also took some time before class to talk to me about how things go in the class and showed me the right way to use the rower. The class environment was upbeat and fun. I really liked that, even though you are in a class full of people, you still feel like you get individualized attention and can always tell what is going on and what you are supposed to be doing. Getting a founding member rate was also a very nice touch.

I like how integrative Orangetheory is. They combine cardio with strength training in an effective, succinct workout. You definitely get more bang for your buck!

I enjoyed the fact that I was able to get in cardio and strength training in one hour! I was afraid I was going to get lost in the shuffle and not understand what I needed to do next but I never had that problem. Directions were clear and I felt like I had a great workout! I look forward to going back!

First off I love the proximity to my house. I love the many options for class times. I love the diversity of the overall 60 minute sessions. I love the coach interaction.

The orange theory model keeps it simple to do a good workout several times per week. Going to the gym before was a chore because I had to decide my workout, track my reps and sets, etc -- many more opportunities to put fake roadblocks in my way and decide not to do it. The workout is different every time so it doesn't get dull, and all I have to do is show up and put in the effort. It takes the hardest part of exercising out of the picture: thinking about it.
